This is one of the programs I am most proud of. I led the creation of 80+ new training deliverables to support the “Selling the Square Ecosystem” initiative. I built and managed a hybrid human-AI tiger team, using a custom training bot and strategic automation to accelerate development. The project saved over $100K in labor costs while delivering scalable, high-impact content at record speed.

LIVE PRACTICE

After completing the self-paced eLearning modules, sales reps were given real-life scenarios like the one pictured, and participated in live workshops led by Enablement facilitators and product experts. These sessions offered a space to apply what they’d learned in real-world scenarios, reinforcing key concepts while providing a safe, supportive environment to practice, ask questions, and grow alongside peers. Each learner received a dedicated workbook to capture exercises, reflections, and coaching notes—creating a lasting resource they could carry beyond onboarding.
