About Me

Hi, I’m Madeline—a learning experience designer, curriculum nerd, and creative problem-solver based in the Pacific Northwest. I live with my two corgis, Leonard and Fred, and when I’m not designing training that drives business outcomes, you’ll find me hiking mountains, swimming in rivers, or working on my personal creative endeavors.

I grew up in a house full of chalkboards and coffee-fueled debates—both of my parents are professors, and I watched them build their syllabi long before I knew what “LXD” or “instructional design” meant. That early exposure turned into a lifelong love for adult learning, and today, I specialize in working backwards from business needs to design fast, effective, human-centered training.

I’m known for using AI in creative, cost-effective ways to solve traditional enablement challenges—cutting production time, scaling personalization, and delivering smart learning that gets results.

Whether I’m building a leadership ramp, a sales onboarding program, or a product launch rollout, I bring clarity, efficiency, and care to everything I create.
