At E.W. Scripps, I serve as the lead learning partner for company-wide initiatives, including creating advanced, AI-powered and scenario-based simulations to drive adoption of AI tools, developing the training strategy and materials to support a company-wide performance management Pay for Performance structure rollout, created a program for senior news station leaders to learn how to budget and manage their station’s Profit & Loss statements, and several skill sprints: phased, targeted micro-learning videos, simulations, and team huddle guides that make up a more chunked out, manageable learning experience, delivering training to folks “just in time” for when they’ll need it, and meeting them where they’re at by injecting training into their jobs, rather than asking them to step away from their jobs for training.

My work has launched scalable programs adopted across 60+ locations and established consistent, high-quality design and facilitation standards that improve role readiness, leadership development, and operational excellence.

SOFI (CONTRACT) MARCH 2025-JULY 2025

Developed and updated training programs for Fraud Operations teams to meet regulatory and compliance requirements; partnered with Compliance, Legal, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure training aligned with industry standards and audit expectations. Designed AI-powered decision simulations where learners navigate regulatory scenarios, receive feedback, and see outcomes change based on risk-based decisions.

BLOCK (FKA SQUARE) 2019-2025

At Square, I designed modern, interactive learning experiences and led large-scale global enablement initiatives that supported onboarding, GTM launches, and product rollouts across sales, support, and product teams. My project team and I built over 85 custom learning assets in two months, from custom micro-learning videos to certification programs, while streamlining development & delivery through innovative uses of AI, ultimately saving the company over $100K in labor and development costs. As a consultative partner to cross-functional teams, I translated complex business needs into scalable, human-centered training that drove measurable improvements in adoption, performance, and process accuracy.

MR. NICE GUY 2017-2019

As Sales Enablement Manager at Mr Nice Guy, I designed and implemented a national onboarding and training program for customer-facing teams, combining digital learning assets with live facilitation across multiple retail locations. I created engaging content—including videos, quizzes, and SOP libraries—to support compliance, policy adherence, and product fluency. I also traveled nationwide to lead in-person training, ensuring consistent understanding of new processes and legal guidelines. Using project management best practices, I streamlined development and rollout timelines to drive operational readiness and team performance.
