PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
BLOCK (FKA SQUARE) 2019-present
At Square, I designed modern, interactive learning experiences and led large-scale global enablement initiatives that supported onboarding, GTM launches, and product rollouts across sales, support, and product teams. I built over 80 custom learning assets, from microlearning to certifications, while streamlining delivery through innovative uses of AI—ultimately saving the company over $100K in labor and development costs. As a consultative partner to cross-functional teams, I translated complex business needs into scalable, human-centered training that drove measurable improvements in adoption, performance, and process accuracy.
MR. NICE GUY 2015-2019
As Sales Enablement Manager at Mr Nice Guy, I designed and implemented a national onboarding and training program for customer-facing teams, combining digital learning assets with live facilitation across multiple retail locations. I created engaging content—including videos, quizzes, and SOP libraries—to support compliance, sales, and product fluency. I also traveled nationwide to lead in-person training, ensuring consistent understanding of new processes and legal guidelines. Using project management best practices, I streamlined development and rollout timelines to drive operational readiness and team performance.
RELIABLE MEDICAL 2012-2015
As Project Manager at Reliable Medical, I supported executive leadership and company-wide operations by managing high-priority schedules, internal projects, and community outreach initiatives. I led training development for phlebotomists and created compliance-focused learning to ensure regulatory alignment. In addition to coordinating key initiatives for the executive team, I conducted patient outreach and managed community programs designed to improve access and engagement across the organization’s service areas.

As Store Manager during college, I oversaw daily operations for a fast-paced restaurant, managing inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless service. I created and maintained weekly staff schedules, led front-of-house operations, and managed both dine-in service and off-site catering events.
